I know writing this at 3 AM doesn't seem like much of an improvement, but I wanted people to know that I'm starting to feel better. I increased my Zoloft and have started on my seasonal vitamin D supplements, and today I wasn't as numb as I had been and a bit more energetic and focused than I've been in a while. So I'm staying with my mother for a few days as she has dental surgery today and needs someone at home to keep an eye on her, especially for the first 24 hours afterwards. But I was taking a shower last night, and was shaving my legs, when I noticed something really weird.

I'm at my parents. I noticed M crying in her room this morning, and my brain was "oh god no!" I had planned to stay at my parents anyways, to paint and pick up Cinnamon for church. Seriously, after work I go pick up Cinnamon for DnD/Ninjas and Super Spies. At my place, I let her out so I can park the car. I get up to the house and Cinnamon says that the kitchen is full of smoke!!!

I'm here at my parents, using my iPad and keyboard to update. We've just finished a great dinner of cheese fondue, and my parents are setting up videos from when my mom, uncle and grandparents lived in Africa.

When I was a kid, I took promises very seriously. Well, I still do, but as a kid, it was traumatic for a promise to be broken. I remember solemnly promising never to drink and never to do drugs.
